What's a King’s Pepper African Taco? It’s a delicious mash-up of L.A. street tacos and West African black-eyed-pea fritters.  
What’s inside the kit? Two things - dried black-eyed peas + a the spice packet you'll need to make a batter that you’ll fry into vegan, falafel-like patties.  
What’s the yield?  You’ll get 30 - 40 appetizer sizes or 16-20 larger sizes from one kit.  
Is it really spicy?  No, it’s mild to some, medium to most.
Is the batter vegan & gluten-free?  There’s no meat, wheat or dairy in the recipe.   Batter keeps at least 1 week in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer.  Make the batter all at once then portion it out.
