BROILED SALMON FILETS

4 pieces boneless salmon (skin optional)
¼ tsp King’s Pepper
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp curry
Onion slices
Olive oil

Blend ¼ tsp each salt, curry
and King’s Pepper.  Rub
salmon with olive oil.  Rub the spice mix
on top of each piece then lay them 
on 1/4” thick onion slices
and broil on high 8-10 mins.
Serves 4.
