Preparation Time: 22 minutes
1 Pound package ground bison
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1⁄2 Teaspoon King’s Pepper, or to taste
1 package blue cheese crumbles
4 brioche buns
Condiments of your choice
Preheat oiled skillet or grill.
Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Mix well
Form patties and press crumbles into each one.
Fry on high heat to sear meat. Cook no more than 3 to 4 minutes each side. Bison is best slightly pink in the middle.
Drain, place on buns and add your favorite fixings. Serves 4.
