BISON BURGER BLUES

Preparation Time: 22 minutes


Ingredients:


1 Pound package ground bison

1/4  Teaspoon salt 

1⁄2 Teaspoon King’s Pepper, or to taste

1 package blue cheese crumbles

4 brioche buns 

Cooking spray

Condiments of your choice


Preparation:

  • Preheat oiled skillet or grill.

  • Combine first 3 ingredients in a  bowl.  Mix well

  • Form patties and press crumbles into each one.

  • Fry on high heat to sear meat.  Cook no more than 3 to 4 minutes each side.  Bison is best slightly pink in the middle.

  • Drain, place on buns and add your favorite fixings.  Serves 4.
